SORELLE'S ON-LINE RETURN POLICY:
We hope you are satisfied with your on-line purchase. If for some reason you need to return an item, you may return regular priced merchandise within 14 days of receipt for credit or exchange.
We do not accept returns on jewelry items. Also, we do not accept returns on shoes or clothing items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged in any way. Original tags must be attached to items.
We do not accept returns on SALE items. ALL SALE merchandise is a FINAL sale.
Returns must be postmarked no later than 14 days from date of original order.
Customer is responsible for any return items lost or damaged in shipment. We suggest that you insure your package and use
USPS Priority Mail, UPS or Fed Ex so you can track your package. If you send a return COD, it will not be accepted.
All claims for packages lost or damaged in transit must be made by you, the shipper.
DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE GOODS:
We strive to sell only quality merchandise however, somethimes things are beyond our control. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the order to be eligible for a refund. Please call 901-761-4430.

Currently Sorelle ships only within the United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico).
All orders placed will be shipped within three business days from the date ordered. Please call 901-761-4430 if overnight shipping or express shipping is desired.
